Right to Return or Exchange Without Providing a Reason
Customers have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase without needing to specify any reason, provided the product remains in its original, unused condition.
Return or Exchange Due to Defects or Non-Conformity
If an item is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, the customer may return or exchange it within 30 days. In this case, Newborn will either replace the item or accept its return and refund the full purchase price.
Return or Exchange Instructions:
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in the same original, unused condition as when they were received.
- Shipping Costs: If a return is handled by a representative and no deposit was made, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees. However, if the product is defective and it is the only item in the order, Newborn will cover the return shipping costs. For other intact items included in the return, the customer must pay for shipping, while Newborn will cover the cost of shipping a replacement.
- Notification Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp. Once your return request is confirmed, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item at the address provided in your order.
Return Process Overview:
- Courier Pickup: After the courier picks up the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm it is in its original condition. The shipping and inspection process typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Inspection and Refund: Once the inspection is completed and the return is confirmed, we will process your refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
Returns Policy for Premium and Value Customers:
- Branch Returns: Returns and exchanges cannot be processed through our branches and must be handled by our representative.
- Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds. Instead, we will issue a purchase voucher for the refund amount, which can only be used for placing a new order online.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the items are not defective or incorrect.
- Return Process: The return process involves our representative collecting the items. Upon ensuring the items are in their original condition, we will refund the order value.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds for the total order amount will be processed by Value/Premium Company within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: In the case of defective or incorrect products, Newborn will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned product, a purchase voucher will be issued for either reordering or resending the same product (if available).
Exceptions to Our Return and Exchange Policy:
To protect the safety of our customers, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been washed, ironed, damaged, or are not in their original condition, as well as shoes without their original packaging.
- Items with removed price tags or brand labels.
- Underwear, beachwear, capes, scarves, watches, accessories, wallets, perfumes, and tassels.
- Returns made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Returns During Promotions:
If you return an entire order during a promotional period, the refund will exclude shipping costs. If you wish to place a new order, it will be subject to the current promotional terms.
